Shipping
Currently, we're using restricted shipping procedures due to COVID-19.
Please provide us up to 14 days after your time of order (or product availability for pre-orders) for shipping.
Shipping within the United States is provided via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail from Los Angeles. Delivery from shipping date currently can range from 1 to 5 business days. (USPS is currently having trouble tracking packages correctly. You may see delays in updates or sudden package movements.)
International shipping is currently available but facing massive delays due to COVID-19 service interruptions:
- Shipping to Canada is provided via USPS First-Class International or UPS Standard; delivery from shipping date currently can range from 5 to 14 business days.
- Rest-of-world shipping is provided via USPS First-Class International. Shipping times remain unpredictable, due to localized restrictions with both USPS and its international mail service partners. You may face delays of up to 4 working months. We are not responsible for lost packages or long delays, but we'll help you to the best that we can for any issues.
We are not responsible for lost packages or packages rerouted due to mailing addresses entered in error. For resending, you may be charged for a second shipping fee.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are provided only for US customers on a case-by-case basis. All returns or exchanges have additional shipping fees, including return shipping for the initial item and shipping for the replacement item. Refunds will be provided through the initial payment method.
